HX3 MIDI expander - the tonewheel organ that creates the legendary HX3 sound in a small box. Controlled completely via MIDI, selectable CC-sets for NI B4, Hammond XK, Hamichord and others. 16 common presets plus 48 drawbar presets to be stored locally. HX3 parameters are controlled via menu.

Unlimited polyphony, accurate stereo rotary simulation and tube preamp simulation for the HX3 sound, three reverb environments created by effects DSP, wave player for General MIDI instruments like pianos and strings.

As an option (extended licence required), the new HX3 RealOrgan engine is capable of emulating all electromagnetic organs including the famous H100, combo organs, concert organs of the 70s and 80s like Böhm Orchester und Wersi Helios.    

HX3 Expander version 5 incorporates the HX3.5 mainboard and the display unit with illuminated acrylic bezel in a sturdy aluminum case. Menu control through up/down buttons and rotary encoder knob.

Two audio outputs (1/4" jacks), two standard DIN jacks for MIDI IN and MIDI IN/THROUGH/OUT (configurable), 1/4" jacks for swell pedal and rotary control. USB jack for MIDI over USB, parameter adjustment, and updates.

HX3 drawbar controller with one set of drawbars, assignable to upper/lower manual or bass pedal plus preamp/tone control. Illuminated push buttons for percussion, vibrato, reverb and rotary control.

MIDI merge input for keyboard connection. MIDI output to HX3 Expander. Optional "phantom" power supply by MIDI cable ftom HX3 Expander or external supply.

Power supply (wall wart 9 V DC 800 mA min., plug dia. 5.5/2.1 mm with plus on center pin) not included. Please order separately if needed  (note: European version available only).
